server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us. These are:

    • browser type and version
    • operating system
    • Referrer URL
    • host name of the accessing computer
    • time of server request
    • IP address

The data shall not be merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6, par. 1 lit. b DSBER, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

contact

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored for processing the inquiry and in the case of follow-up inquiries. We do not share this information without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore solely based on your consent (Art. 6, par. a DSGMENT). You can revoke this consent at any time. To do so, a free e-mail message is enough. The revocation shall not affect the legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to save it, or do not serve the purpose of storing it (e.g. after processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the creation, content or change of legal relationship (stock data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSBER, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or charge the user for the use of the service.

The customer data collected will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Data on service and digital content contracts

We only transmit personal data to third parties if necessary in the context of the contract processing, such as to the credit institution responsible for the payment processing.

Further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly agreed to the transfer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6, par. 1 lit. b DSBER, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Analysis tools and advertising

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

Google AdWords uses so-called conversion tracking. When you click on a Google display, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files placed by the Internet browser on the user’s computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not serve to identify users personally. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user has clicked on the display and has been forwarded to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customers’ websites. The information collected by the Conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have chosen to use Conversion Tracking. Customers will know the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and who have been forwarded to a Conversion Tracking Day page. However, you will not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you may object to this use by easily deactivating the cookie of Google Conversion Tracking through your Internet browser under User Settings. You will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of “conversion cookies” is based on Art. 6 clause 1 lit. f DSGMO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.

For more information on Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking, see Google’s Privacy Policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to enable the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. The functionality of this website may be limited when cookies are disabled.

newsletter

newsletter data

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the given e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or will only be collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is solely based on your consent (art. 6 clause 1 lit. a DSGMENT). You can revoke the consent given for the storage of the data, the e-mail address as well as their use for the sending of the newsletter at any time, for example via the “discharge” link in the newsletter. The revocation shall not affect the legality of the data processing operations already carried out.

The data you have deposited with us for the purpose of the newsletter reference will be saved from the newsletter until you receive it and deleted after the subscription. Data stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members area) remain unaffected by this.

Plugins and Tools

Google Maps

This page uses an API to use the card service Google Maps. The supplier is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use Google Maps functions, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the U.S. and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps takes place in order to make our online offerings attractive and to make it easy to find the places we have listed on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f.

For more information on how to handle user data, see Google’s privacy statement: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
